4 Deposits & Withdrawals

jl168 supports a range of payment methods tailored to Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, and major Philippine banks such as BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your jl168 account upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 5 Bonuses & Promotions

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager. In the event of a discrepancy between a game's displayed rules and the underlying software, the software outcome shall be considered final.

6.1 Random Number Generation

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl168 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any time.

• Charging back or reversing any deposit made to your jl168 account through your payment provider without first contacting jl168 customer support.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the jl168 Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of jl168 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. jl168's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jl168 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

jl168 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete account verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from your payment provider.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being operated by a person other than the registered account holder.
• Compliance with a legal obligation, court order, or regulatory directive.

Upon account closure, jl168 will return any verified, unencumbered balance to the player via the original deposit method, after deducting any amounts owed to jl168 and any applicable administrative fees. Balances derived from fraudulent activity or bonus abuse will be forfeited in their entirety.

You may close your account at any time by contacting jl168 customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to closure.

11 Responsible Gaming
